Today, I spent the day with the girls at our local shop, Memories on the Murray. Hello, Margaret. I love being there on Tuesdays, the girls are great and although sometimes you mightn't get much done, the company is fantastic.
I did this layout of my beautiful daughter a little while ago and thought this would be a perfect opportunity to share with you one of my pages. The photo was taken a few years ago, and I think she is more beautiful now than she was then.
And she is now going to slap me down when she sees this. But you get that.
I used a mixture of papers, flowers, rub-ons and stick on embellishments.
Have a great day or night where ever you are!

Stamp with Us Theme Challenge
Every Sunday, the girls over at Stamp with Us give a new challenge for everyone to participate in. This weeks is a theme challenge. So I decided to do a child's invitation card.
The card colors are Whisper White, Basic Black, Red Riding Hood and Going Gray.
Inks: Old Olive and Always Artichoke.
Stamp: Lovely As A Tree
I used my Sure Cuts A Lot program incorporated with my Cricut Expressions to cut out this free download from SVG Cuts . Because this is the first time that I have done a layered project, I had trouble sizing my red layer. But as you can see I eventually worked it out. I carefully layered all the pieces to make my vehicle.
I clear embossed with Old Olive the stamp from one of my very favorite sets - Lovely As A Tree, and then over inked with Always Artichoke.
I guess with no work at the moment, I have plenty of time to play. Have a great day or night depends which part of the world you live in.
