Made to coordinate with the post below, this one is of Mum with her bridesmaids. I know that the one on the left is my Aunty but not sure of the one on the right. Would love to have had color photos but you can't have everything.
Thanks for taking the time to stop by and have a look. I love to receive your comments, so please feel free to leave one on any post.
Have a great weekend :)

Mum on her wedding day
What can I say that I haven't already said! Mum was 23 when she married Dad. In fact, it was Mum that did the proposing and apparently my Dad's friends sent her a sympathy card when they heard. LOL.
Once again, very simple but I think effective. Pity I could not take the shine out of the bottom of the photo though.
Thanks for stopping by and having a look. Please feel free to comment.
Have a great day, everyone :)

Now for some scrapbooking
The wonderful couple in this wedding photo are my parents. Mum and Dad were married on the 24th January, 1959. Mum's dress was white with a silver pattern running through it. Unfortunately this does not show up very well on the photo. I don't have many details (as I wasn't there) but it would have been a glorious sunshiny day.
I know it is very plain but sometimes that is best. The heart in the background was cut from and 12" Big Shot from my local Scrapbooking Shop ~ Memories on the Murray. Flowers are from their extensive selection also but the black flowers are actually punches.
I have some more photos coming up in the next few days so please come by and take a look.
I love to receive comments so please leave one if you feel inclined to do so.
Thanks for looking and have a nice day where ever you may be :)
