Tuesday - My fun day with the girls
Every Tuesday, when I am not working, I head down to our local scrap booking and card making shop, Memories on the Murray. The girls are absolutely wonderful to spend the day with, either, chatting, scrapping, or doing other projects like the one I completed today. Called "Birthday Box Beauty", I just prefer Calendar Box is a terrific way for you to get all those important reoccuring dates organized in a stylish and functional box. Dress it up or down, be inspired by a theme or color combo, how ever you want to do it.
The colors I chose to use are Chocolate Chip and Pink Pirouette. The designer paper was one that I had in my stash of many. I think that the polka dot ribbon and the flower with the brad in the middle just add nicely to the finish of the box. Here is what it looks like inside.
There are 12 little cards inside each marked with a month and the days of the month printed out and placed on each side of the card so that you can write those events that must throughout the year.
Let me not forget to tell you that this is another wonderful project brought to you by UStamp with Dawn and Friends. Just click to the link in the left side bar to find out more information.
Have a great day or night where ever you are.
